A full conference room, energy holding

Event consultancy

The room stays sharp. The content actually lands.

Most event planners manage logistics. We manage the biology of the room, so energy and attention hold from the first session to the last, and people carry the work back to their business instead of leaving it in their notes.

Glucose-stable menus · Agenda architecture · Live tracking

The idea

Agendas follow the clock. Attention doesn’t.

Every conference room in the world runs on the same physiology: glucose, sleep debt, cognitive load. Almost none are designed for it.

We bring the same measurement we use with private clients into event design. Menus and timing built to keep glucose stable. Agenda architecture that follows the natural rhythm of human energy rather than the schedule. Live glucose, heart-rate variability and attention tracking, with a performance team adjusting behind the scenes. When the biology works, engagement takes care of itself.

Two ways to work with us

Behind your event, or the whole experience.

Event performance design

We work behind the scenes of your gathering.

For leadership summits, investor days and corporate events that need to leave a mark. Every element, from nutrition and agenda flow to lighting and data tracking, is built to sustain clarity across the whole experience.

  • Curated menus and meal timing that keep glucose stable
  • Agenda sequencing built on cognitive load and attention science
  • Live glucose, HRV and engagement tracking through the event
  • An on-site team monitoring and adjusting behind the scenes
  • A post-event report on how the room actually performed
The leadership experience

A multi-day recalibration for your senior team.

Part retreat, part reset. For boards and leadership teams who need alignment, resilience and decision power back at the table. We design the environment, the rhythm and the recovery.

  • Diagnostic and cognitive profiling for every participant
  • Nutrition, sleep and recovery designed per person
  • Working sessions on focus, stamina and executive clarity
  • An optional keynote from Luke and/or Rachel
  • Measured data before, during and after the experience

Why it matters

The data follows them home.

A gathering of your most senior people is an investment in momentum. When energy and recovery are engineered, every session compounds: ideas land, decisions hold, and the change doesn’t stay in the room.

You bring the vision and the people. We build the conditions for both to perform.

Next step

Tell us about the room.

Dates, people, stakes. We’ll tell you what’s possible and what it takes.
